Third-party funding refers to any deposit or withdrawal involving someone who is not the account holder. For security reasons, the name on your DCXONE trading account must exactly match the name on the bank or payment account used for any transaction. We do not allow third-party deposits or withdrawals to ensure your funds stay safe.

You can open a DCXONE trading account with a minimum initial deposit of $200. It’s quick, easy, and you’ll be ready to start trading in no time!

DCXONE demo accounts are active for 30 days from the day you sign up. After 30 days, access will expire, and you won’t be able to log in with your demo credentials.

Withdrawals are usually processed within 1–2 business days. If our Financial Operations team needs more information, it might take a bit longer. Once approved, your bank or payment provider may also take extra time to complete the transfer.

DCXONE does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own fees for incoming transactions.
